Hudud, which means border, is a short movie by Federico Ariu. It is set in Belgium. The main character is an Iranian gay asylum seeker whose partner was hanged in Iran.

Toronto International Film Festival Boycotted 09/06/2009

The documentary film Covered has been pulled from TIFF by the filmmaker John Greyson in protest against TIFF’s Spotlight on Tel Aviv. Covered is about the cancellation of Sarajevo Queer Film Festival, and has been made available online by the director for the duration of the festival, that is till September 19, 2009.
